Continues for the fourth year the partnership with the most important Italian vintage race: L'Eroica. After the incredible emotions on the roads of the 100th edition of the Tour de France, the cycling passionate will test their bike passion on Sunday, October 6, on the paths of the famous "strade bianche" of Gaiole in Chianti.
Giancarlo Brocci founded L'Eroica in 1997, with the aim to rediscover and enhance the environmental and cultural heritage of the region. At the start line of the first edition, 82 were the heroic riders. Today, more than 5.000 riders on vintage bikes, compulsory produced before 1987, cannot wait to get in the saddle and ride along breathtaking scenario, enjoying the Tuscany specialties.
Discover L’Eroica 2012 through the journey of four friends, passionate about cycling, from the chaos and modernity of the city of Milan, to the beautiful and quiet famous region of Chianti.
This short movie follows them traveling from Milan to northern Italy, from the urban scenery to the rural landscapes of Chianti, where they have decided to ride the Eroica 210km route. During this adventure, they experience the true history of cycling, through riding this vintage race on old bikes, meeting with senior riders and enjoying traditional refueling points.
It is a trip through different eras, full of emotions, a tribute to effort and companionship, which makes them grow as sportsmen and human beings.
